How to Delete Your Catat Yuk Account

You can delete your Catat Yuk account and all of its data directly from inside the app, without contacting our team.

Steps

1. Open the Catat Yuk app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Edit Profile.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Delete Account button.
4. Tick the consent checkbox "I understand that my account and all my data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered", then type DELETE ACCOUNT in the field provided (the phrase is not case-sensitive; if the app is set to another language, type the phrase it displays).
5. Tap Delete My Account, then confirm once more in the "Are you sure you want to delete this account?" dialog by pressing Yes, Delete Account.

If your account is still a member of a shared wallet owned by another user, leave that wallet or transfer its ownership first before deleting your account.

Data That Is Deleted

Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately (there is no waiting period). The deleted data includes:

• Your profile and account
• All of your wallets, categories and budgets
• All transactions and AI processing history (receipt photos, extraction results)
• Your subscription, API keys and other settings tied to your account
